Yes, you can! You don't need a PayPal account to make a purchase. When you check out, click on the "Pay with PayPal" This will take you to "Check out as a guest" "Pay with Debit or Credit card" enter your email and click "Continue to Payment". Pay using your credit card.

Customer satisfaction is important to me. In the event that any unused, undamaged item, non-custom-made item, and non-discounted item do not meet your expectations, it can be returned within 7 days to receive a refund (minus the shipping cost). Please note that custom-made items and garage sale items are final sales and cannot be returned. Returned items must be in new, unworn condition, in their original packaging, and with labels attached. Once I receive the returned item, I will process your refund and you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow 2-3 days from the date of receipt of your refund for processing.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

I can make personalized slipper sizes, add lettering or change colors. Write me your wishes in advance.

WASHING: Knitwear should be hand-held, not higher than 30 degrees (can be Washer, but hand-held, in a laundry bag). Be sure to use dissolved powder or liquid detergent.

The delivery will take 20-35 days. At any stage I track the parcel and provide you with a tracking code to track the movement of the parcel.

Most of the handmade items are crocheted by me. Therefore, it takes time to crochet an item. Production time varies from 4 to 14 days. I will let you know how long it will take me to complete your order.
